Newcastle away trtip. HD images #mufc

Well it's been an up and down week thats for sure. Wednesday night in Newcastle was a belting trip even though we got beat 3-0. Me and the lads had a lot of laughs on the way to and in Newcastle City Centre too. The ground being so close to the bars and pubs is a great bonus, we went for a pint in the first pub we saw when we got off the coach. Turned out it was decorated in Newcastle United pics of their favourites from over the years. Some rather disturbing pics of Peter Beardsley are etched into my memory unfortunately:

After a couple of pints in there we walked over to another pub to meet some pals, It was quiet in the City, but I suppose thats because it was midweek, After filling up on shandy we walked back up to the ground and had a good sing on the way over.

Unfortunately the game was a disaster. I thought we were dominating the possesion but didn't really produce many chances. I'm not sure why we didn't shoot more but we looked hesitant in attack. Teams seem to believe they can soak up United pressure as long as they have numbers behind the ball. This is where I feel our most creative players have to step up. Unfortunately they looked uninspired and when we went behind from 2 really decent individual goals I just couldn't see us overturning the deficit.
